Shipping Information
Our shipping costs are for all customers Australia wide.
If you have selected the wrong shipping charge option, we will charge your credit card or Paypal account, with an amount equal to the difference between this and the correct shipping charge.
Delivery Of Your Products
We attempt to ship within three working days of receipt of your order, delivery may take up to 10 business days from the date of your order however we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame.
Sweet N Sassy Delights will make every effort to deliver your order according to the estimated delivery times. The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation If no one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carriers (Australia Post or Sendle) will leave a card so you can pick-up your product from your local Post Office for large items. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
Why do we ask you to allow up to 10 working days for delivery?
To enable us to bring slow moving items into our warehouse to order, therefore optimizing shelf life of slower moving items.
To allow for shipping to far-flung remote parts of Australia, from our Central Coast base.
To cover for the unusual but grateful sales order quantities, some customers will order more than a year’s sales of an individual item in one order. To allow us to attend functions and seminars to broaden and or better our products for our customers.
International Shipping
Bath Bomb World are based on the Central Coast NSW Australia, and our shopping cart is set for Australian customers.
Returns and Exchanges
Our business is based on the quality of the products we sell and the reputation we have established.
We will honor your rights under Australian Consumer Protection Laws and will put right any errors on our part.
All return shipping-related costs are refundable if:
If make an error on your order we will refund the paid amount for that item or send the product free of charge.
There is damage to your order in the shipping
Sourced and made to order products cannot be canceled at any time as these are purchased and made specifically to your preference.
Our returns policy does not apply to notifications of errors or damage more than 72 hours after receipt.
For health and hygiene reasons we do not accept returns, due to customers’ change of mind, as products are made to order and cosmetic in nature.
We only cover return postage costs, if we are at fault, have sent an incorrect item or there is a manufacturer’s fault.
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit to you, please send us a digital photograph of the damaged goods by email, quoting your order number and the product item within 72 hours of receipt of the item to sweetsassdelights@gmail.com We will then contact you to arrange an appropriate solution for you.
